What to recite when there is pain in the body

Bismillāh A‘ūdhu billāhi wa qudratihi min sharri mā ajidu wa uḥāthir.

Translation

"In the name of Allah (recite three times). I seek refuge in Allah and His power from the evil of what I feel and what I fear (recite this dua seven times)." .
