The Dua for slaughtering a regular animal or a camel

Bismillāhi wallāhu akbar [Allāhumma minka wa laka] Allāhumma taqabbal minnī.

Translation

"I begin in the name of Allah (and I slaughter), and Allah is the Greatest. O Allah! This is from You and for You. O Allah! Accept it from me." .
