Prayers for prostration while reciting
"Sajada wajhī lil-ladhī khalaqahū, wa shaqqa sam‘ahū wa baṣarahu bihawlihī wa quwatihī, fa-tabarakallāhu Aḥsanu al-ḵāliqīn."
Translation
"My face has prostrated to the One who created it; He, by His power and strength, formed its ears and eyes. Blessed is Allah, the best of creators." .
سَجَدَ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِي خَلَقَهُ، وَشَقَّ سَمْعَهُ وَبَصَرَهُ بِحَوْلِهِ وَقُوَّتِهِ، فَتَبارَكَ اللَّهُ أَحْسَنُ الْخَالِقِينَ۔
"Allāhumma uktub lī bihā ‘indaka ajran, waḍa‘ ‘annī bihā wizran, wa-j‘alhā lī ‘indaka zukhran, wa-taqabbalhā minnī kamā taqabbalthā min ‘abdi-ka Dāwūd."
Translation
"O Allah! Write for me a reward with You in return for this (prostration), remove from me the burden (of sins) because of it, make it a treasure for me with You, and accept it from me just as You accepted it from Your servant Dawud (peace be upon him)." .
اللَّهُمَّ اكْتُبْ لِي بِهَا عِنْدَكَ أَجْراً، وَضَعْ عَنِّي بِهَا وِزْراً، وَاجْعَلْهَا لِي عِنْدَكَ ذُخْراً، وَتَقَبَّلْهَا مِنِّي كَمَا تَقَبَّلْتَهَا مِنْ عَبْدِكَ دَاوُدَ۔
