Prayers after the final Tashahhud and before Salam

"Allāhumma innī as’aluka bi’annī ashhadu annaka anta Allāh, lā ilāha illā anta, al-Aḥad as-Ṣamad, alladhī lam yalid wa lam yūlad, wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan aḥad."

Translation

"O Allah! Without a doubt, I ask You because I bear witness that You are Allah, there is no deity worthy of worship except You. You are the One, the Self-Sufficient, who neither begets nor is born, and there is none comparable to You." .
