"Allahumma ighfir li-fulānin, warfa‘ darajatuhu fil-mahdiyīn, wakhlu'fhu fi ‘aqibihi fil-ghābirīn, waghfir lanā walahu yā rabbal-‘ālamīn, waffasah lahu fi qabrīhi, wanawwir lahu fīh."

Translation

O Allah! Forgive so-and-so, raise his rank among the guided ones, and make him a successor among those who remain after him. Forgive us and him, O Lord of the worlds! Expand his grave and make it light for him. .
