The prayer to recite when visiting graves

"As-salāmu ʿalaykum ahl ad-diyār, min al-mu’minīn wa al-muslimīn, wa innā in shā’ Allāh bikum lāḥiqūn, [wa yarḥamu Allāh al-mustaqdimīn minnā wa al-mustakhirīn] as’alu Allāh lanā wa lakum al-‘āfiyah."

Translation

"O believers and Muslims who reside in these homes (graves)! Peace be upon you, and undoubtedly, if Allah wills, we will surely meet you. May Allah have mercy on those of us who have passed before and those who will come after. I ask Allah for health and well-being for both me and you." .
