Prayers for protection from the oppression of a ruler

Translation

Allah is the Greatest! Allah is mightier and more powerful than all of His creation. Allah is far stronger than those whom I fear and dread. I seek refuge in Allah, besides whom there is no god—the One who holds the seven heavens from falling upon the earth except by His permission. I seek refuge in Him from the evil of Your servant (so-and-so), from the evil of his armies, his followers, and his allies, whether they are from among the jinn or humans. O Allah! Be my protector against their harm. Your praise is great, Your protection is strong, Your name is full of blessings, and there is no god except You. .
