Prayers for a patient who has lost hope in life

Allahummagh-fir li, warhamni, wa alhiqni bir-rafiqil-a'la.

Translation

O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, and unite me with the highest companionship. .

Lā ilāha illā Allāh wa-Allāhu akbar, Lā ilāha illā Allāh waḥdah, Lā ilāha illā Allāh waḥdahu lā sharīka lah, Lā ilāha illā Allāh lahu al-mulku wa lahu al-ḥamdu, Lā ilāha illā Allāh wa lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā bi-Allāh.

Translation

There is no deity except Allah; Allah is the Greatest. There is no deity except Allah. There is no deity except Allah; He is One, He has no partner. There is no deity except Allah; to Him belongs the dominion, and to Him belongs all praise. There is no deity except Allah; there is no power to avoid sin, nor strength to do good, except with Allah’s help. .
