Prayer when visiting someone afflicted by calamity

Al-ḥamdu lillāhi alladhī ‘āfānī mimmā ibtalāka bih, wa faḍḍalanī ‘alā kathīrin mimman khalaqa tafḍīlā.

Translation

All praise is for Allah, who has granted me safety from that which He has tested you with and has favored me over many of His creations. .
