Prayer for returning from a journey

Lā ilāha illā-llāhu waḥdahu lā sharīka lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-ḥamdu, wa huwa ‘alā kulli shay’in qadīr. Āyibūn, tā’ibūn, ‘ābidūn, li-rabbinā ḥāmidūn. Ṣadaqa-llāhu wa‘dah, wa naṣara ‘abdah, wa hazama al-aḥzāba waḥdah.

Translation

There is no deity except Allah; He is alone, with no partner. His is the dominion, and all praise is due to Him. He has power over all things. We are returning, repenting, worshiping, and praising our Lord. Allah has fulfilled His promise and supported His servant, and He alone has defeated all the opposing factions. .
